The executive team sets the foundation for organizational success. That’s why Jennifer Wray, a Fortune 100 executive, is leading the charge at CPR, Etc. As a high-powered executive with expertise in leading management techniques and operational strategies, Ms. Wray earned a reputation for successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets and implementing organizational changes. As a forward-thinking executive, Ms. Wray even took a Fortune 100 subsidiary from inception to profitability—all within 90 days.
Ms. Wray entered the work force on a mission to climb to the top in the most competitive companies in the world—and she succeeded. As a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Boston University, Ms. Wray earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations with a minor in Economics. Today, Ms. Wray brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and executive insight to CPR, Etc. With the leadership of Ms. Wray, the organization gets a proven executive that is able to merge operational excellence with social responsibility.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Ms. Wray is dedicated to serving the community in which she lives. As a result, she supports a variety of charitable events and advocates social responsibility within the community. Currently, Ms. Wray is the Chair of the Fundraising Committee for the Dwight D. Eisenhower’s People to People Student Ambassador Program in Broward County, is Secretary for the Fort Lauderdale High Debate Team and has been a Girl Scout leader for ten years. With a strong commitment to the community, Ms. Wray is living the brand promise of supporting programs that promote social progress.

KENNETH ROLAND , Red Cross Certified Instructor Trainer
Executive Vice President
As a Purdue University graduate and leading authority in safety, aquatics, and CPR, Mr. Roland is renowned as one of the preeminent instructors in the nation. Currently, Mr. Roland teaches water safety courses at Ball State University and certification classes at CPR, Etc. In 1992, Mr. Roland received the American Red Cross Instructor of the Year to cement his legacy as one of the best trainers in the nation. In 1993 and 1995, Mr. Roland received the Kiwanis Club Exemplary Service Award. In 1995, Mr. Roland received the United States Merchant Marine Academy Kings Point Untiring Effort Award to continue a string of awards and accolades that brought him national attention. In 1999, the American Red Cross recognized Mr. Roland again with the Participation and Support Award. As an innovator in the industry, Mr. Roland is now leveraging his remarkable background to create an entirely new approach to safety courses—and it’s only available at CPR, Etc.
